Yoga and Sound in London
Yoga to move. Sound to rest. One to one, in small groups or online.
TO MOVE
Yoga
A steady practice, paced to whoever is in the room: strong and flowing, or slow and supported.
Vinyasa
Flowing sequences linked to the breath, brisk or slow depending on you.
Yin yoga
Floor-based (mostly) shapes held for several minutes, with quiet inside the holds.
Restorative yoga
Fully supported shapes on bolsters, blocks and blankets, with nothing to achieve.
A mix
Many sessions blend styles: a flow to warm up, yin to slow down and a restorative shape to finish.
TO REST
Sound
Led by singing bowl therapy, with sessions that bring sound into rest and meditation.
Singing bowl therapy
A one-to-one hour lying fully clothed on a mat or bolsters, with singing bowls placed on and around the body and played gently. Warm vibration, quiet and nothing to do.
No experience needed. Bowls are only placed on the body with your agreement.
More ways to experience sound
45-60 minutes, for small groups of two to four, with one price for the group.
Yoga Nidra
Guided deep rest, lying down and wrapped warm, led by voice and closed with sound.
