Online classes (Live via Zoom)

Classes are limited to 10 participants and taught live via Zoom.

Slow Flow (Virtual)

A slower-paced, steady practice focused on strength, breath, and awareness. Movements are intentional and unhurried, with time to settle into each shape and transition.

Suitable for beginners as well as those looking for a calmer, more grounded approach to yoga.

A grounded vinyasa-style class that builds strength and ease through continuous, thoughtful movement. Energising without feeling rushed, the practice supports focus, coordination, and flow.

Suitable for those familiar with flowing practice.

A short, yoga-inspired meditation supported by breath and contemporary music. Designed to offer a pause in the evening, helping you settle, reset, and reconnect.

What to expect

Classes move at a considered pace with clear instruction and space to settle into each movement. You can expect simple, repeatable sequences, options and adaptations, and breath-led guidance throughout.

No previous experience is required. Classes are taught live online.

To support a settled start to the week, bookings close on Sunday evening at 9pm.

Studio classes

  • No. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with an existing practice.

  • A yoga mat and a quiet space to move. You can keep your camera on or off — if it’s on, we’re able to offer gentle posture guidance where appropriate.

  • On the day of your scheduled class, by email.

  • No. Classes are live and not recorded.

  • Bookings are final and non-refundable. Missed classes cannot be transferred.

  • By booking, you confirm that you’re fit to practise and take responsibility for moving within your own limits.
