Sessions are designed to slot into the working day without disruption — a lunchtime class, a regular weekly slot, or a one-off wellbeing workshop. No equipment, no prior experience, and no performance expected.
Yoga and mindfulness here focuses on what actually helps people who sit at desks, carry stress, and do not always have time for a full practice: movement that addresses physical tension, breathwork that builds composure under pressure, and a few minutes of genuine stillness at the close.

How a typical engagement works
1. Short call to understand your needs
15–20 minutes to discuss team size, goals, timing preferences, and format (online or in-person).
2. A taster session — often the best first step
A low-commitment way to see how the team responds, and to demonstrate the approach. Many clients convert to recurring blocks after a single taster.
3. Agree a format and schedule
A simple written agreement sets out the format, schedule, pricing, cancellation terms, and invoicing. No complexity.
4. Regular, reliable delivery
Sessions run to schedule, are adapted to the team's energy on the day, and do not require any equipment or preparation from participants.
