PRIVATE SESSIONS

Yoga built
around you.

One-to-one sessions tailored to your body, goals, and schedule — online or in-person across London. No group. No pressure to keep up. Just clear, considered guidance at a pace that works for you.

WHO PRIVATE SESSIONS SUIT

A quieter, more personal space to practise

Private sessions are well suited to people who want something more individual than a group class — whether that is because of a specific goal, a returning injury, a preference for working at your own pace, or simply wanting to build a consistent practice with clear guidance.

Common reasons people choose private sessions include:

  • Returning to movement after injury or a long gap

  • Stress, sleep, or posture as specific goals

  • Wanting to deepen an existing practice with individual attention

  • Being new to yoga and wanting to start quietly, without a group

  • Wanting a session that works around a busy or irregular schedule

Sessions include movement, alignment guidance, breathwork, and a brief meditation close. They are adapted fully to your needs on any given day.

Small-group sessions (2–4 people) are also available — a good option for a couple, friends, or family members who would like to practise together.

HOW IT WORKS

How private sessions work

01 Book an intro session

Start with intro session. It is a relaxed, 45-minute session to get a sense of each other and what you are hoping to work on.

02 Choose what works for you

After the intro, decide whether you would like to continue with individual sessions or a block of six — whichever suits your schedule and goals.

03 Build a consistent practice

Regular sessions are scheduled to fit your week. There is no obligation to commit to a fixed slot — flexibility is part of how this works.
